How to set up the Baumit Speedmaster

• Open water connection at source

• Lubricate the mortar hoses with water

• Drain the hoses of water

• Check mixing chamber

• 400V / 25A / C

• Check rotation direction | 

   

• WARNING: Red light = wrong rotation direction!

• Check the consistency

• Turn on the compressor

How to clean the Baumit Speedmaster

• Process the remaining material until the material becomes liquid
• Change rotation direction to release pressure 
• Perform manual pressure check
• Cleaning process takes approximately ~30-60 seconds
• Final cleaning of mixing chamber for ~20 seconds
• Flush the cleaning ball through the mortar hoses 2-3 times
• Open frost protection valves
